At Essen 2006, Ludovic Gimet and his friends sold a hand-made expansion for Age of Steam with a run of 180 copies, 20,000 Rails Under the Sea. I asked him if he had any spare copies at Essen and he looked at me as if I was mad.

He photographed the whole manufacturing process. It’s well worth a look.
